To request a return, please email us at contact@sgliquidmetal.com and explain the reason for your return. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Packages without a visible RA number on the label will be refused.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 20 days of purchase for items that are new, unworn, and non-defective.
Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition, with the original jewelry box and packaging intact. After inspection, eligible refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Shipping Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on return items to and from SG Liquid Metal. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Outbound Shipping:
If your order did not include free shipping, the original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee:
Returns may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee, applied at our discretion. This fee may be used in cases where the return reason is unrelated to defects, quality issues, size discrepancies, or other valid concerns including situations where customers attempt to return and repurchase the same item using a newly found discount code.
Late Returns:
Items returned after 20 days from the purchase date will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

While we ensure that your item is dispatched promptly from our end, unforeseen circumstances—such as weather delays or technical issues—may affect the carrier’s schedule. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Please note: For international shipments, we do not cover or manage customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
